Terms of service

These terms govern the e-commerce services provided by MirTCG (the “Company”) on MIR TCG (mirtcg.com), in accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable law.

Orders follow the flow: add to cart → order details → payment. Available payment methods will be announced when checkout opens.

Limited items are capped at 1 per customer; identity is verified server-side from order details. Abusive orders (bots, multiple accounts) may be cancelled without prior notice.

Domestic shipping uses CJ Logistics; international shipping uses FedEx International. International shipping fees include import duties and taxes (DDP): there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Items marked “Ships to Korea only” are delivered to addresses in South Korea only. Orders whose shipping country and payment details are inconsistent may be reviewed and cancelled.

You may withdraw your order within 7 days of receiving the goods (Article 17, Korean e-commerce act).

Opened trading card products (boosters, displays) cannot be returned once unsealed, as their value is consumed by opening. Unopened items can be returned at your shipping cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the withdrawal being confirmed.

Disputes are handled through the Korean Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee or the competent court under Korean civil procedure.
