Exchanges & returns

Under the Korean E-Commerce Act (Art. 17) you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Because of the nature of trading card products, opened (unsealed) products cannot be returned — only factory-sealed products are eligible.

For change-of-mind returns, round-trip shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days from discovering the defect).

In that case we cover all shipping costs and you can choose an exchange or a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving and checking the returned product.

To start a return, email contact@mirtcg.com with your order number and reason.

Unsealed products, products damaged by the buyer, and requests made more than 7 days after delivery cannot be exchanged or returned.
